RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return or exchange it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.
To Return
- Send the following information to: returns@getseatherapy.com
- Order ID
- Billing Last Name
- E-Mail Address
- Item number, size, color to return and reason
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
After we receive your above information we will send you an e-mail containing a Return Authorization Number. - Ship your items!
Pack your items and write your RA number on the outside of the package and on the Return Slip located inside the original Sea Therapy package:

- Items you are returning
- Copy of the Returns slip
- Copy of original Packing slip
To Exchange
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. Please follow the above instructions for a return, then visit www.getseatherapy.com and place a new order.
Credits on Returns
You will receive email confirmation once your return has been received and funds added back to your account. Once we receive your return shipment, please allow 3–5 business days to process your refund. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
